Translated NZTD paper declaration forms
The translated New Zealand Traveller Declaration (NZTD) forms are examples only to help you complete a NZTD paper declaration form (English version) when you arrive into New Zealand.
An NZTD paper declaration form will be available on your flight,or or on arrival in New Zealand
If you have completed a digital NZTD, you do not need to complete an NZTD paper declaration form.
Please note: the translated NZTD paper declaration forms are for reference only and cannot be presented to Customs or MPI staff upon arrival into New Zealand.
