Incorporates data for MPI risk assessment. Can be included in the carrier or consolidator ICR, or in a CRE, or sent as a stand-alone CRE or ICR message specifically for the transhipment request. New Requirement	DTR	NEW: Domestic Transhipment Request (DTR) Incorporates MPI BACCA data and will replace: Customs’ “Paperless Transhipments” and hard copy “Permit to Remove” for movement in NZ ‘under bond’; MPI’s eBACCA requirements for movement off-wharf and General Authorisation for airfreight movements Will be required for all movement of un-cleared cargo out of the Air Cargo Terminal or wharf – whether moving 500m to a freight forwarder, or to another city. Can be included in the carrier or consolidator ICR, or in a CRE, or sent as a stand-alone ICR or CRE specifically for the transhipment request.
