WCO3 information sessions

As recently advised, the WCO3 format of cargo clearance and reporting messages will be mandatory from 1 July, except for the Inward Cargo Report (ICR).
We are holding information sessions on the WCO3 messages around the country. Please note that this is not training, as we cannot train you in the particular software you use. The purpose is to explain what is different about WCO3 messages and processes, and answer any questions you may have. We will also put the presentation on our website for those who can’t attend the sessions.
The Christchurch session is being held today. Other locations and dates are in the table below. We will allow up to 1.25 hours for each session to cover content and take any questions. If you would like to attend, please email TSWusersupport@Customs.govt.nz by 4 pm Friday 27 April as follows:
- In the subject line of the email, show ‘WCO3 Information Sessions’ and the location you want to attend
- In the body of the email, provide names and email addresses of attendees if it is more than just you.
We will confirm the dates and times once we see the level of interest in the sessions.
