Passenger arrival cards have been updated

The New Zealand Passenger Arrival Card has been updated as the COVID-19 response has changed, and the related Health and Managed Isolation and Quarantine (MIQ) questions are no longer required.
This latest version comes into effect on Tuesday 19 April 2022.
It can be identified by the ‘APR 2022’ date on the bottom right of the first page of the card. The old version will no longer be accepted from this date.
Please double check to make sure the correct Passenger Arrival Card is used from Tuesday 19 April 2022, as only the updated version will be accepted when this is presented upon arrival to New Zealand.
