Pay Gap Action Plan


This plan was developed in collaboration with our Unions and articulates our commitment to reducing our gender, Māori and Ethnic Pay Gaps. It’s supported by data analysis.

Our Pay Gap objective is to ensure that all our people and those who join Customs have equal opportunities to develop and earn.

We do this work because it’s the right thing to do and will lead to more fairness and equality in our workplace. It is completely aligned to our values.
